Support for everyday life

From getting ready in the morning to keeping the house manageable, attending appointments, staying social or giving carers a break, our services are designed to help with the parts of life that can become harder to manage alone.

Choose the support that suits your day

Some people need regular support each week to keep routines running smoothly. Others may only need short-term help after a change in health, during a busy period, while a carer takes a break, or when certain tasks at home are becoming harder to manage.

Support can look different for every person. It might mean help getting ready for the day, keeping the house under control, getting to appointments, staying connected locally or having someone trusted step in when family needs a break. No matter your situation, the focus is on practical help that makes daily life feel a little easier to manage.

Personal Care

Personal care is about helping with the routines that set up the rest of the day. This may include support with showering, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility around the home or other personal tasks. We provide this support with patience, respect and privacy, so each person can feel comfortable, listened to and in control of how things are done.

Domestic Assistance

Keeping up with the home can become difficult when energy, mobility, health or time is limited. Domestic assistance can include help with general cleaning, laundry, dishes, changing linen, meal preparation and other agreed household tasks. It is practical support that helps the home feel safer, calmer and easier to live in.

Social Support

Social support can help people stay connected to the places, people and activities that matter to them. It may involve going out for coffee, visiting family, attending local groups, going for a walk, enjoying a hobby, or having company for a simple outing. The aim is to make community connection feel more comfortable and achievable.

Assistance With Daily Living

Some daily tasks do not fit neatly into one box, but they still make a big difference. Assistance with daily living may include help with shopping, appointments, errands, meal planning, organising routines, preparing for the week or working through everyday tasks at home and in the community. We focus on the practical things that help the day run more smoothly.

Light Gardening

For existing clients, light gardening can help keep outdoor areas tidier, safer and easier to enjoy. This may include small, manageable garden tasks rather than heavy yard work or major landscaping. It is a helpful option when the outside jobs are starting to feel too much but the person still wants their home to feel looked after.

In-Home Respite

In-home respite gives the person receiving support a chance to enjoy time with someone trusted while staying in their own familiar space. This may include help with daily routines, shared activities, preparing meals, spending time outside, watching a movie, doing something creative or simply having company at home. It can bring variety into the day while keeping the comfort of familiar surroundings.
